Mass. Governor Expected to Sign Mandatory Health Care Bill

Lawmakers overwhelmingly approved a bill (No. 4850) last week that would make Massachusetts the first state to require that all its citizens have some form of health insurance. Presidential hopeful Gov. Mitt Romney (R) is expected to sign the measure in an invitation-only ceremony tomorrow.
