You know, if you look at my SSRN stuff, you'll see a draft of an article I'm publishing in this year's Toledo Law Review deans' symposium, and that article gives you the reason(s) I resigned. You might want to check it out.

Yes, of course she did! The drop in rankings comes as no shock, given the emphasis placed on a school's reputation among attorneys and judges, and the state of legal research and writing taught at Houston. We'll think better of the school when their students know a West's Federal Digest from a hole in the ground! It isn't all her fault, though. The faculty (especially the writing faculty) have to take some of the blame. Of course, there is no one to hound THEM out of office.
