Baylor Law Dean Closes Law Library for Son's Prom Dinner, Disrupting Students Preparing for Finals

This unbelievable story from the Waco Tribune:

Toben"Some law students were upset Saturday when they learned that the library would not be available to them between 4 and 8 p.m., as Dean Brad Toben’s son and about 40 classmates were using a portion of the library for the dinner. Final exams for the spring quarter began Saturday and run through Friday."

Students upset ... apologize ... what the hell, party on dude dean!

Hat tip to Texas law prof Brian Leiter, "wow!"

File under "you're the problem, not the solution." After 15 years as dean, maybe Toben's shelf life has expired.
