Alliance for Justice Issues Report on Alito
Here are some noteworthly stats from the Alliance for Justice Report (pdf).
On issues dividing the Court in cases pitting individuals against the government:
- The majority sides with the Government 54.3% of the time; Alito sides with the Government 81.7% of the time.
- Regarding criminal issues dividing the court, the majority sides with the government 62.2% of the time; Alito does so 94.1% of the time.
