Final Commission Report: Building Confidence in U.S. Elections
From the Center for Democracy and Election Management (CDEM) at American University:
Among the recommendations of the CDEM's report, "Building Confidence in U.S. Elections": State-based rather than local-based voter registration system, photo ID cards at the polls, auditable backup of electronic voting machines, and states should crack down on election fraud.
