Transfer Large Files Using YouSendIt.com
YouSendIT.com offers a service for transferring large files over the Internet. You can upload/send files of up to 1GB. Just upload your file to the YouSendIt.com service and email a link to the file to whomever you want to have access to the file. From that link, the recipient can download your file.
