Patent System Overhaul: House Committee Hearing Testimony of Richard C. Levin

Overhauling the patent system was the focus of testimony by Yale University President Richard C. Levin before the Courts, the Internet and Intellectual Property Subcommittee of the Committee on the Judiciary of the U.S. House of Representatives on April 28. Levin serves as co-chair of the National Research Committee on Intellectual Property Rights in the Knowledge-Based Economy.
