Two Books Highly Recommended
I highly recommend two new books on law and economics applications (to governance and special interest strategies respectively). These are:
1. A .Dixit: Lawlessness and Economics (Princeton 2004)
2. G. Grossman and E. Helpman: Special Interest Politics (MIT 2002).
Professor Helpman was once my professor for trade in the mid- seventies at the University of Rochester. Has anyone come across them or read them?
