Attorney Fees in T7 Cases

MoneyMichael Maslanka has a nice post over at Work Matters on the split among the federal circuit courts on whether a district court judge, in awarding attorneys fees to a successful Title VII plaintiff, can consider evidence that the plaintiff rejected a pretrial settlement offer that significantly exceeded the jury award.
