Secunda "Speechless"; Hell Freezes Over
An ABA Journal article quotes Paul Secunda (Marquette) as "speechless" that Judge Raymond A. Jackson of the Eastern District of Virginia ruled, in Bland v. Robertsy, that a public employee "liking" something or someone on Facebook is not protected First Amendment expression.
