4th Circuit Upholds EEOC Subpoena in English-Only Case

4Jon Harkavy sends word of EEOC v. Ranstad, in which the Fourth Circuit yesterday reversed a district court judgment denying enforcement of an EEOC subpoena relating to the validity of an employment agency's English-only policy under both Title VII and the ADA.
