Franken Versus Mandatory Arbitration

Sen. Al FrankenFollowing up on a lecture I gave about resolving workplace disputes, I played this and this in class.  The students appeared to be interested, as they engaged in some lively debate about mandatory arbitration after watching the videos.  Senator Franken's comments are also sparking some lively debate on the Hill.
