Ledbetter Passes Senate

Congress The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009, S. 181 passed today, according to the Washington Post and MomsRising.org. This version does not contain the amendments to the Equal Pay Act that the Paycheck Fairness Act piece of the House version had, and the Post suggests the House will approve the Senate version to move the Ledbetter piece forward.

Has anyone seen much discussion of the House version? Although I am not sure that I agree with all of the provisions, I find it interesting that people really are not debating publicly whether to do anything other than simply reversing the SCT ruling.
