The Court on Monday released its argument calendar for the December sitting, which actually begins on Monday, Nov. 26 (the PDF of the calendar can be downloaded here). Only eight cases are scheduled for this session.
The employment cases scheduled are:
Monday, Nov. 26
- LaRue v. DeWolff (06-856) –rights of employee benefit plan participant to recover money losses in a pension account.
and
Monday, Dec. 3
- Sprint/United Management v. Mendelsohn (06-1221) — admission of testimony of co-workers to support an employee’s job bias claim (so-called “me, too” evidence).
We'll have in-depth analysis of these oral arguments when they happen.
