IUCN Climate Conference

IUCN

Academy

will host a major international conference on Climate Law in Developing Countries, to be held over September 26-28, 2008, at the University of Ottawa, Canada.

 

Please find attached the first announcement of this conference, which includes a call for proposals for persons interested in presenting a paper.

Please note, this special conference on Climate Law is being held in addition to the Annual Colloquium of the IUCN Academy of Environmental Law.

 

The Annual Colloquium, to be held 10 -15 November in

Mexico City

on the theme of “Poverty Alleviation and Environmental Law," will have its own call for papers and registration announcements soon.
