Philippines Wants to Strengthen Global LawsNoting that a tenth of the Filipino population lives overseas, the Philippines Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Albert F. Del Rosario, told delegates on the last day of the 67th Assembly’s General Debate, that his country’s concern for the well-being of migrant workers is an integral part of its “quest to strengthen” global laws.
