ITLOS Hears its First Maritime Boundary Case (Bangladesh v. Myanmar)
The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea is hearing its first-ever maritime delimitation case, the Dispute Concerning Delimitation of the Maritime Boundary Between Bangladesh and Myanmar in the Bay of Bengal. Click here for more information about the case. The President of the Tribunal is Judge Jesus, and hearings are being broadcast live on the Tribunal's website.
