WTO Panel Finds US in Violation in Shrimp Dispute with Vietnam

A World Trade Organization panel issued a report yesterday in which it found the United States violated its obligations under Article 9 of the Anti-Dumping Agreement in US Department of Commerce reviews of dumping orders on shrimp from Vietnam. The main issues involved the use of the zeroing technique and the use of an "all others" rate. More information may be found at www.wto.org. (cgb)
