Encouraging a US-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement

Senator Richard Lugar (Republican of Indiana) has introduced a resolution (Senate Resolution 218) to encourage the United States Trade Representative to initiate negotiations for a free trade agreement between the United States and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.  The resolution was sent to the Senate Finance Committee.  Read more in the Congressional Record for June 29, 2011 at page S4226.
