New Papers on International Criminal Law Topics
Charles C. Jalloh, an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, informs us that he has posted two papers on SSRN. One paper is on the work of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (from the Michigan Journal of International Law). The second piece is co-authored and concerns the controversial Article 16 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (in the African Journal of Legal Studies).
