CFP: Missouri Conference on International Commercial Arbitration and Litigation

The University of Missouri is organizing a conference on October 21, 2011 called “Border Skirmishes:  The Intersection Between Litigation and International Commercial Arbitration."  The Keynote speaker is author and arbitrator Gary Born and other speakers are expected from Canada, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
