New ICJ Case: Costa Rica Sues Nicaragua

ICJ Costa Rica has filed a new action against the Republic of Nicaragua in the International Court of Justice.  The complaint alleges an "incursion into, occupation of and use by Nicaragua's Army of Costa Rican territory" and breaches of Nicaragua's treaty obligations toward Costa Rica. Click here for all the details.  Costa Rica also filed a request for provisional measures.
