Achieving Law and Order in China
Dr. Richard Thurston, Vice President and General Counsel of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, will give a talk on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 on “Trying to Understand the Magnitude: Achieving Law and Order in China Through “The Force” or “The Dark Side”?.
