The Hague Convention and International Child Custody and Jurisdiction
Professor Cindy Buys and I are among the speakers appearing in a March 26, 2010 program in Chicago on the subject of "Divorce, Deportation, and Disciplinary Complaints: Avoiding Immigration Pitfalls in Family Law."
