EU Law Moot Court Competition
The ELMC Competition is a traditional moot, i.e. it involves arguing a hypothetical case on issues of EU law as if before the EU Court of Justice.
The 2009-10 Case is available here. The deadline for submitting the written pleadings is November 30, 2009.LP
