On Friday, March 13, 2009, the University of California Davis Journal of International Law and Policy is hosting a symposium focusing on reevaluating the use of alternative dispute resolution in international business and commercial settings. The title of the symposium is: "Overhauling International Dispute Resolution: Challenges and Potential Solutions to International Dispute Resolution in the 21st Century." Representatives from government, academia, and priviate practice will participate in the discussions. The symposium will be held at the UC Davis School of Law in Davis, CA beginning at 9 am.
