The annual meeting of the Association of American Law Schools just finished yesterday in San Diego, California. It was the first time that the conference was held there, and from all accounts it was a great success. People loved the location, the weather was perfect, the conference was relaxed and productive, and I saw perhaps the largest international law gathering ever at the reception for law professors from outside the United States. This is a great conference to attend, and you should make plans now to attend the January 2010 conference in New Orleans.
