Brazil: Supreme Court Chief Justice had his Phone Tapped!

Brazil President Luiz Inancio Lula da Silva yesterday suspended the head of Brazil's intelligence service over a scandal involving telephone wiretaps.  Among those phones who were tapped is the Chief Justice of Brazil's Supreme Court. 

Can readers from Brazil fill us in a little bit more on this?
