WTO: Public Able to View First Meeting in Apples Dispute from New Zealand

AustraliaNew_zealand Logos_2   The World Trade Organization just announced that at the request of the parties in the dispute  between Australia and New Zealand on apples imported from New Zealand (WT/DS367), the dispute panel has agreed to open its first substantive meeting with the parties and third parties.  It will take place on Tuesday September 2 and Wednesday September 3, 2008.  Click here for more information
