International Criminal Court Prosecutor Goes Against President Omar al-Bashir of Sudan
The Prosecutor for the International Criminal Court, Luis Moreno-Ocampo, requested an arrest warrant for the President of Sudan, Omar al-Bashir, for crimes against humanity and genocide committed in Darfur.
