Canada: Freedom of Information Act

Canada Cherniak_cyndee_todgham Contributing editor Cyndee B. Todgham Cherniak has posted on her International Trade Lawyers Blog a new post about a decision from the Federal Court of Canada, which ruled that Canada's access-to-information law does not apply to the offices of the prime minister or cabinet ministers.

There is a new link to Cyndee's blog in the column on the left, so go ahead and give that a try.  (Look under "Other Blogs" and then "Trade Lawyers Blog").  If you just want to go directly to the article, click here.
