About_banner

Albany Law School has launched a new Immigration Law Clinic, through which students will provide free legal help to immigrants on cases of domestic violence, protection of minors, deportation, detention and U-Visa applications.

The new clinic, which will take on its first cases for the fall 2015 semester, received funding in the recently enacted state budget. It will be directed by Professor Sarah Rogerson, who has extensive experience in immigration law and policy and launched the Immigration Project at the law school three years ago in conjunction with the New York Office for the Prevention of Domestic Violence.
