The Broader Lesson From Garcia's Fight To Practice: His battle for bar admission underscores the need for new immigration laws

This op/ed in the National Law Journal argues that the case of Sergio Garcia, the undocumented immigrant who came to teh United Staes as an infant and recently convinced the California Supreme Court that he should be eligible for licensing as an attorney, demonstrates the need for an overhaul of teh U.S. immigration laws.
