Despite the needed attention on issues surrounding widening income inequality and the lack of social mobility in the US,  until now, very little was known about the diverse Asian American/Pacific Islander population.

Please join us for a special presentation on National CAPACD’s recently released report “Spotlight: Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in Poverty”.

Presenters on the webinar include:

Josh Ishimatsu, Director Capacity Building and Research at National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development and author of the report.  He was most recently, the  Director of Real Estate Development at Little Tokyo Service Center based in Los Angeles, California.

Don Chen, Senior Program Officer, Ford Foundation.  Previously he was the founding executive director and CEO of Smart Growth America, where he led efforts to create the National Vacant Properties Campaign and the Transportation for America Campaign.
