ICE Detention and Threatened Removal of a U.S. Citizen

States Without Nations has a story about David Lopez (a pseudonym), a U.S. citizen, was detained by ICE and subject to a removal order to Mexico, even though the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency has no jurisdiction over U.S. citizens.

ICE is violating human rights. They are treating people like slaves. America's foreign policy lack relief fund to the third world. They are sendind back to their country for the sake of patriotism. They can't even afford to deport people but some people have to suffer.
