US Justice Foundation Set on Challening Obama's Citizenship

A lawyer who is playing a key role in a California lawsuit urging officials to prevent the state's 55 Electoral College votes from being recorded for Barack Obama until questions about his citizenship are resolved says he's organizing plans to challenge, even after the inauguration, every order, every proposal, every piece of paperwork generated by Obama.

'We will file lawsuits on his actions, every time. As long as we have money , we will keep filing lawsuits until we get a decision as to his citizenship status,' Gary Kreep, chief of the United States Justice Foundation, told WND today. For the full story, click here.

To put this tired matter to rest, why does Obama not simply turn over the birth certificate and let a federal judge issue a conclusive determination? (and after that let us see Obama's medical and school records to put to rest the rumors that Obama was a heavy drug (controlled substance) abuser and applied to private schools, college and law school indicating that his nationality was Kenyan or Indonesian and his religion Muslim).

Relative to your Obama article in Human Events of, dated 13 December 2008, you state there is no evidence proving he is a natural born US citizen. Yet you provide a reference copy of his Certification of Birth (COB) issued by the state of Hawaii, with an official seal, indicating he was born in Honolulu, Oahu, HI. You point out that an official Birth Certificate isn’t provided and therefore there is no way to verify if changes were made to the birth records, the hospital place of birth, or the attending physician. You therefore are accusing the HI officials of fraud in the data provided in the COB. You are saying that unless your organization can investigate the hospital and attending physician those HI state officials can’t be trusted. One can then assume that the HI official records won’t be sufficient, if the hospital and/or physician can’t be found or are out of business or dead or that their records (unofficial in legal matters) are not available. Do you then say the US State Department has to provide the passport records for Obama’s mother to verify that she wasn’t in some foreign country during the birth? Bottom-line, will there ever be enough evidence to satisfy your assertion, and thus your continued call to like-minded citizens to fund the unending search?
