Thanks for the tip. It's impossible to tell which of these many articles are the best so such recommendations are much appreciated. Thanks, Prof. Huntington for making me stop and think about some new ideas. Your writing is clear but opening up can after can of worms just made an already confusing subject even more confusing for me!
