GAO Report on Border Crossing

A new U.S. Government Accountability Office report found that crossing the border into the U.S. using counterfeit identification or oral assertions is not difficult.In the GAO report, a 93 percent success rate was reported by investigators who made 42 crossings on the northern and southern borders from January 2003 to September 2007.
