38 more arrests in Wisconsin Immigration Sweep

The Associated Press reports ICE arrested 38 immigrants in what are called "fugitive" sweeps conducted during the past five days in Wisconsin.  The term "fugivite" is strategically used to label persons who have failed to comply with a removal order against them. Typically, these raids occur in people's homes, generally early in the morning.  It is typical that many others who are not the target of the arrest are also arrested during these raids. Here, for example, 22 of those arrested for immigration violations were not the target of the raids. For the story, click here.

Just what the hell does "strategically used" mean? An immigration judge ordered their expulsion because they didn't meet the legal definition of immigrant as defined by our body of immigration laws. I get the impression that you think that ICE would be willfully negligent in their duties as to ignore illegal aliens found with those arrested under a warrant. These people were no more legally immigrants than overstayers on visas to visit Disney World. Of all people, immigration lawyers do not get to redefine the meaning of the word "immigrant" when used in the context of the Code of Federal Regulations.

This is stupid, it is a big business, immigraiton sweeps will affact the country to be more bankcrupt. This is unfair and this is not the democracy people expected also the more affacted are the people who seek permenant residents and applications got denied for some reason rather those who live without seeking permenant residents or file any applicaiton. Government screw up these immigrants delaying things as well as some lawyers who want to screw the poor so they can earn money. This is the business today which is unexpectable. In my opinion, people are born in the world must have rights to go anywhere, that does not mean not to have security, it means not to led these immigrants suffer more than they are putting in jail for simple reasons. That is a crime that government must take seriously.
