Immigrants, Due Process, and the "Right" to Counsel (at no expense to the government)
Doug Kerwin has a nice entry on the American Constitution Society blog on due process and immigrants, reminding us that immigrants have a tough time in removal proceedings -- especially when they are unable to secure counsel.
