CNN reports that New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson will quit the race for the Democratic presidential nomination after fourth-place showings in the the Iowa caucus and New Hampshire primaryt. Richardson had some thoughtful views about immigration, which included opposition to the extension of the border fence and allowing undocumented immigrants to be eligible for driver's licenses (as is the case in New Mexico).
