I see that the Court believes for some incredible reason that an illegal alien student will continue to evade deportation, be employed contrary to Federal law and contribute to the State of California's economy. The court apparently has as little faith in law enforcement by the Executive Branch as do the citizens of the country. This ruling is as impeachable as the IQ of the Court. Hopefully, this will go as far as the Supreme Court, and the District court will be soundly rebuked for it poor judgement and its failure to consider a nexus with Congress' intent when it formulated current immigration law.
