Good Work of Yale Clinic and ACLU

In Nadarajah v Gonzales, the Ninth Circuit (March 17, 2006) granted immediate release to a Tamil asylum applicant who had been indefinitely detained.  The ACLU and Yale law School's international Human Rights Clinic filed an amicus brief.
