More on Wrongful Birth Case

Betsy's wrongful-birth case is Schirmer v. Mt. Auburn Obstetrics & Gynecologic Assoc., Inc., ___ Ohio St.3d ___, 2006-Ohio-942, decided March 3 and available on FindLaw here.  It is apparently the first time the Ohio Supreme Court has considered a wrongful-birth case.   [tm]
