Landmark Ruling in Russia

From Family Law Week:

A British-based mother, seeking the return of her two sons from Russia, where their father lives, has won a "landmark" ruling in the Russian courts.

Rachael Neustadt, an American living in London, claimed that her Russian former husband has been keeping her sons, aged 7 and 5, in breach of orders made by an English judge. the boys had gone to Russia to visit their father.

The Moscow City Appeal Court has now recognised a High Court order made in England in a ruling delivered on Wednesday.
