Divorce & Child's Drug Use

Colorado lawyers Alexandra White and Carolyn Witkus highlight the possible issues to be raised when a divorce involves children and a parent's marijuana use.  They state that with the state's legalization of recreational marijuana, problems could arise when it comes to questioning a marijuana-using parent's responsibility during visitations.

This is a really good question. I've got a friend who has been trying to go through divorce lawyers Calgary and there have been drugs involved and so we wonder how its all going to pan out with this being involved. Thanks again for sharing!

It's interesting to think of all the different areas of life that are affected by using recreational drugs.

Hmm thats a good point to be evaluated. It's interesting how laws overlap and what problems arise when the laws change.
