More Men Winning Divorce Battles
From Business Insider:
More and more family law attorneys have reported a major shift in the way divorce courts allocate alimony and child support responsibilities, according to a new survey by the American Association of Matrimonial Lawyers.
Just under half the organization's 1,600 members said women have been increasingly saddled with alimony payments, while 56 percent saw an uptick in child support rulings against women as well.

I'm not sure what to make of this statistic. I suppose it is a good thing, but again not really sure.

Woman are increasingly getting charged with Alimony (Spousal Support) and child support payments. But It makes sense that woman are earning more income then ever and more woman are enrolled in college then men. This effect is going to cause more and more woman to be more productive then men. As a consequence alimony and child support reprehensibility will increase. Weiser Law Firm 3801 Canal St #205 New Orleans, LA 70119 (504) 358-2273
