C-Sections Overused?

A third of births in the United States and a quarter of births in England are done by c-section.  Such planned surgeries, along with the “too posh to push” attitude of some, have been a cause for concern in both countries.  Also problematic have been stories where new mothers have not even been given a choice anymore by health care providers, who chose to deliver by c-section.
