DOMA section 3 Challenge Filed
Gay & Lesbian Advocates & Defenders (GLAD) filed a 92 page complaint
today in the US District Court for Massachusetts. Same-sex marriage
has been recognized as a matter of state law in Massachusetts since the
state’s highest court decided Goodridge v. Dept. of Public Health, 798 N.E.2d 941 (Mass. 2003).
