President Urges Senate to Approve Gay Marriage Ban

During his Saturday radio address, President George W. Bush urged the U.S. Senate to pass a constitutional ban on same-sex marriage.  The President said that “Activist courts have left our nation with no other choice. . . .  The constitutional amendment that the Senate will consider next week would fully protect marriage from being redefined."  Souce.  Matt Spetalnick, Reuters, reuters.com.
